Structure : R.C.C. Framed Structure. SAGAR / PENNA / RASI 53 Grade OPC Cement. VIZAG / MANGAL / SIMHADRI    TMT or of equivalent quality Steel.
  Super Structure : All external walls 9″ and internal walls 4½” thick in brick masonry.
  Plastering : External and Internal Double sponge Cement Plaster finish.
Main Door : Teak wood frame and teak wood shutters with wood polish. Brass fittings with Godrej Locking system.
Internal Doors : Teak wood frames and Designer ready made flush doors with ISI brand.
For Toilets Granite frames with Designer Doors.
Windows : UPVC windows of NCL or of equivalent make with mosquito mesh, smoke glass & MS Grills.
Flooring : Living, Dining, Bed Rooms and Kitchen with Vitrified tiles of 2′ x 2′ size.
Bathroom area with antiskid tiles, Varandah with antiskid grip tiles of 1′ x 1′ size of ZEALTOP/CERA or                        equivalent make.
  Toilets: Ceramic glazed tiles dado up to 7 feet equivalent with applicable in all the toilets. With ERA/PARRYWARE                 make sanitary fittings, One Indian type and one European commode.
  Painting:
I nternal – Two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of ASIAN/BERGER or of equivalent make.
External – Two coats of Exterior weather proof Emulsion paint over a coat of primer.
  Electrical : L&T / GM / FINOLEX cables and L&T / GM make Modular switches, 3 phase connection with adequate                      points, Concealed copper wiring with earth wire. Independent meter boards.
  Kitchen: Black pearl Granite platform dadoing with glazed tiles to a height of 2 feet. ELICA brand stainless steel / granite sink.
  Compound Wall : Compound wall along with entrance gate for each house.
  Cup-boards : Cement planks up to 20% of the flat plinth area at appropriate places will be provided.

Water : Bore well water supply from Community over head tank.
